Positive reinforcement is the watch word for student behavior at Westridge. Staff members look for opportunities to reward students for being good citizens while pointing students who may need help in the right direction by providing models of acceptable behavior.

At Westridge we have be using the theme of ARMOR to help students become better citizens and learners. ARMOR is an acrostic for Accountable, Respectful, Motivated, Organized, and Ready. Each word is backed up with a definition of desired behavior in common school settings. Teachers work with their classes to model this behavior early in the school year and review the material throughout the school year.
